CIRTL - CIRTL Reads

CIRTL Reads is an online journal club and discussion group that reads and discusses articles in STEM pedagogy and current trends in STEM education. Participants in this short course will gain a deeper understanding of STEM teaching and the CIRTL Core Ideas.

Course Schedule The exact schedule for this short course is tentative. Sessions will take place on biweekly on Tuesdays, starting January 30. Sessions will take place within the following two-hour time frame: 11:30AM -1:30PM ET / 10:30AM - 12:30PM CT / 9:30-11:30AM MT / 8:30-10:30AM PT.

Workload Each week students will have a different article (or articles) to read for discussion.

Registration & Enrollment This course is limited to 20 participants.

Early registration for CIRTL members only is open from December 11 through December 28. Regular registration runs from December 29 through January 22. STEM/SBE grad students and postdocs from CIRTL institutions receive priority; we refer to the institution, role, and discipline in your website profile when assessing priority.
