Library Workshop - Introduction to Open Educational Resources: How to Find & Evaluaate OER

Open Educational Resources are free, openly-licensed educational materials that are available online. These resources have numerous benefits, including increasing student engagement and improving course affordability. This hands-on workshop will introduce major OER repositories and strategies for locating and evaluating resources in various disciplines. Participants will leave this workshop with the skills necessary to effectively locate, evaluate, edit, and integrate an OER into their course. Preregistration is required through Learn@ISU.
