ISU I-Corps Sites – CALS Informational Lunch and Learn

The ISU Office of the VPR, Office of Economic Development and Industry Relations, and CALS will co-host a Lunch and Learn informational session about the new ISU I-Corps Site Program. I-Corps Sites act as a training ground for faculty and postdoctoral, graduate and undergraduate students to learn how to increase the impact of their research by exploring the commercial potential of their research and technology. Fifteen teams will be selected to participate in the spring 2018 program. Guru Rao, Associate VP for Research, and Kris Johansen, EDIR Manager of Industry Relations, will provide an overview of the program. A panel of participants from the fall 2017 cohort will discuss their experience in the program and answer questions. The Lunch and Learn will be held Jan. 17 from 12 to 1 p.m. in 142 Curtiss Hall. All interested faculty, postdoctoral students and graduate students are invited.
