LGBTQIA+ 101: Best Practices for Supporting Students

LGBTQIA+ 101 is a voluntary 2-day training open to all ISU faculty, staff, and graduate assistants. Trainees will enhance their education about gender, sexuality, and sex assigned at birth, and learn about practices to support LGBTQIA+ students. This training will cover basic concepts and key principles through interactive dialogue and group activities. Trainees will put their knowledge into action in real-time scenarios.
